For **Pro, Premium, and Business** plans, the subscription is governed by IsDown’s standard [Terms of Service](https://isdown.app/terms) and [Privacy Policy](https://isdown.app/privacy). These terms are generally sufficient for most organizations and do not require additional documentation. However, we know that some companies — especially larger ones — need more flexibility. This can include signing a custom contract, submitting specific documents, or using a purchase order. These requests often require legal review and technical adjustments, and we can only support that level of customization on the **Enterprise** plan.
