For Pro, Premium, and Business plans, the subscription is governed by IsDown’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These terms are generally sufficient for most organizations and do not require additional documentation.
However, we know that some companies — especially larger ones — need more flexibility. This can include signing a custom contract, submitting specific documents, or using a purchase order.
These requests often require legal review and technical adjustments, and we can only support that level of customization on the Enterprise plan.
