How to Customize a Status Page

Customize your IsDown status page to reflect your brand identity and provide clear, real-time updates to your stakeholders.

1. To customize the details of a status page, navigate to the Status Page tab within the desired profile.

2. Navigate to the Status Page section and click on Customize Options, where you can adjust the following settings:

   • Logo: Upload your company's logo.

   • Name: Enter the name you want displayed on the status page.

   • URL: Set a custom URL for your status page.

3. Further personalize your status page by adjusting these settings:

   • Theme: Choose between light or dark mode.

   • Show Past Incidents: Display historical incident data.

   • Show Maintenance Feed: Include scheduled maintenance information.

   • Password Protection: Restrict access to your status page with a password

1. Once you have finished customizing your status page, click the "Save" button to complete the process.
