How to Set Up PagerDuty Integration

Integrate IsDown with PagerDuty to receive real-time alerts about third-party service outages directly within your incident management workflow. This guide will walk you through the steps to configure

  1. After you sign-in/sign-up in the top bar menu, click "Alert & Integrations".

  2. Select Add on PagerDuty check box - You will be redirected to your PagerDuty account.

  1. Click Connect to PagerDuty.

  2. Enter your PagerDuty login credentials.

  3. You'll be redirect to the PagerDuty integration page. Sign-in if needed and select the service(s) you want to send alerts to.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. You'll be redirected back to the IsDown app and you can confirm your pagerduty connection.
