Instructions to set up Okta SAML Integration

  • Single Sign On URL -> https://isdown.app/users/auth/saml/{YOUR-DOMAIN}/callback

  • YOUR-DOMAIN should be something like isdown.app -> isdown-app

  • Audience URI (SP Entity ID) -> isdown or something else you prefer;

  • Default RelayState -> Leave blank;

  • Name ID format -> EmailAddress;

  • Application Username -> Okta username;

  • Attribute Statements:

    • email -> Unspecified -> user.email

    • first_name -> Unspecified -> user.firstName

    • last_name -> Unspecified -> user.lastName

Once completed, either:

  • Proceed to the section to complete the configuration manually.

  • Or, if you prefer, contact us via chat support and share the Metadata URL, which you can find in the Sign On tab in Okta.
