How to Delete Custom Service

Delete a custom service only when you’re certain you no longer need its incident history or visibility on dashboards/status pages.

Before you delete, remember that this step permanently erases incident history, status changes, and logo.

Follow these steps to Delete Custom Services:

1. Log in to IsDown and open Monitors ➜ Custom Services.

2. Select Custom Services from the sidebar.

3. Find the custom service you wish to remove.

4. Click the Remove icon (far-right).

1. A confirmation dialog appears (see below). Click OK to confirm, or Cancel to abort.
