Paying for IsDown

This article explains how to pay for your IsDown subscription, including which payment methods are accepted and what options are available if you're on an enterprise plan.

IsDown accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

• Other methods supported by Stripe

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment infrastructure provider.

After each payment, a tax invoice will be automatically issued and sent to your registered email address.

If you require paying for IsDown by other means, we can only offer this in our Enterprise tier. Please also see Custom contracts, documents, and POs.
