How to Set a Friendly Name for Your Status Page

A friendly name is an easy-to-read URL identifier that helps share the status page with clients and teams.

Log in to your IsDown account.
Access the Status Page settings.
In the Status Page settings, find the Short URL section. Enter a friendly name of your choice (minimum 4 characters, including letters, numbers, underscores, or dashes). This name will be used to create a more readable URL for your status page. For example: company-name, service14, product-status .

After entering the name, remember to click the Save Changes button.
Your status page URL will now reflect the friendly name you've set, making it easier to share and remember.
