Custom contracts, documents, and POs

When subscribing to IsDown's Pro, Premium, or Business plans, your contractual relationship with IsDown is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

While this is fine in most cases, we understand that some companies, especially larger ones, require a high level of customization and flexibility that may include custom contract documents and other related documents.

When we have a custom contract, we are responsible for ensuring that our platform can support the contract and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This is not possible for us to do with plans below the Enterprise tier.

IsDown's Enterprise plan allows you to customize your contract and has many other features usually needed by bigger and more complex companies. These include much higher plan limits, custom integrations with existing tools and processes, a more full-featured API, and the ability to pay via purchase order.
