# How to delete your Account

Learn how to **permanently** delete your IsDown account and remove all associated data.

1. **Sign in** to your IsDown account.
2. Go to [**Account Settings**](https://isdown.app/settings) (located in the sidebar).

3. Scroll to the **Delete Account** section at the bottom of the page.
4. Click **Delete Account**, then confirm your action.

**Important:** Deleting your account is **permanent**. All your data, including history and preferences, will be erased and cannot be recovered.
