How to Accept Invitation

You've been invited to join your organization's IsDown account. Follow these steps to accept the invitation and get started.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

You should’ve received an invitation email from IsDown.

Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folders just in case.

It looks something like this:

Step 2: Click the Invitation Link

Click the “Accept Invitation” button in the email. You’ll be redirected to IsDown.

Step 3: Set Your Password & Join the Team

Fill in the input fields with a strong password to secure your IsDown account. We recommend using a password manager like 1Password to generate and store it safely.

After setting your password, click "Accept Invitation" to complete the process.

If everything goes well, you’ll be automatically redirected to your IsDown dashboard.
