How to Update Your Board’s Time Zone

Each board in IsDown can have its own time zone setting. This ensures that incident timestamps and notifications are shown in your local time.

Steps to Update a Board’s Time Zone

  1. Go to Account Settings → Manage Boards In the left sidebar, click on your company name, then select User Settings

  1. Change the Time Zone In the settings panel, choose the correct time zone from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click Save Confirm your changes by clicking Save. All incident times for this board will now display in the selected time zone.

Setting the right time zone ensures that all timestamps on incidents, updates, and notifications match your team’s working hours — avoiding confusion and improving response coordination.
