# How to Delete Custom Service

Before you delete, remember that this step **permanently erases** incident history, status changes, and logo.

Follow these steps to **Delete Custom Services:**

1. **Log in** to **IsDown** and open **Monitors ➜ Custom Services**.
2. Select **Custom Services** from the sidebar.
3. Find the custom service you wish to remove.
4. Click the **Remove** icon (far-right).

5. A confirmation dialog appears (see below). Click **OK** to confirm, or **Cancel** to abort.
