# How to monitor your Zendesk instance

1. Go to the Alerts & Integrations&#x20;

2. Select the Zendesk Private card

3. Enable the integration and add your subdomain

4. Click Save, and we will create a new private third-party monitor in the current board.

5. Once it's completed, you will start receiving alerts & notifications of outages that only affect your Zendesk instance.
