How to monitor your Zendesk instance

With IsDown you're able to monitor your own Zendesk instance instead of the generic status page

This feature is only available starting with the Business plan.

  1. Go to the Alerts & Integrations

  2. Select the Zendesk Private card

  3. Enable the integration and add your subdomain

  4. Click Save, and we will create a new private third-party monitor in the current board.

  5. Once it's completed, you will start receiving alerts & notifications of outages that only affect your Zendesk instance.
