Last updated 9 months ago

In Microsoft Teams, go to the Workflows app.

  1. Click "+ New flow" button

  2. Search for "post to a channel" and choose the option "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received"

  3. Choose the Flow name

  4. Choose the Team and Channel

  5. Grab the URL (If you don't mind step 6) where we need to POST or wait until step 7.

  6. The messages will have a message like "X used a Workflow template to send this card." If you want to get rid of that message, go to the workflow and click "Save As." This will create a copy without that message.

  7. Go to the Workflow Home screen, go to the new saved copy, click Edit, and grab the URL. Don't forget to turn the Status ON on the new copy.

  8. Go to the IsDown website, to the Notifications screen, and update your settings. Choose the Method "Workflows" and update the Webhook URL. Click "Save".
