How to get filter notifications by outage severity

1. Sign in to your IsDown account

2. Go to your desired dashboard and then go over 3rd Party Monitors, in the top part you will see the service that you are monitoring, then click the desired service.

   
3. After you click on your desired Service (if you're monitoring the service), you will have the Notification Settings. Click on the button.

   
4. From there, the notification setting will appear, and you'll have three options:

   1. All Incidents - to get all outages notifications (Minor or Major)

   2. Only Major Incidents - to get only outages marked as Major

   3. No notifications - Only shows the service in the dashboard and doesn't send notifications.

   
5. Choose the option you want, and click "Save"
