How to remove a website monitor

If you no longer need to monitor a specific website or API, you can easily remove it from your IsDown account.

Follow these steps to delete a custom monitor:

1. Go to the Custom Monitors page

   • From your dashboard, navigate to "Website Monitors".

2. Click the Trash Icon

   • Find the monitor you want to delete and click the Trash icon located on the right side.

3. Confirm Deletion

   • A confirmation pop-up will appear.

   • Click "Yes" to confirm, and the monitor will be removed from your list.

Not sure if you'll need this monitor again? Instead of removing it permanently, consider pausing it. This lets you keep your monitoring data and reactivate it anytime.
