Instructions to setup Azure AD SAML Integration

• Choose SAML as the sign-on method

• Identifier (Entity ID) -> isdown

• Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) ->

  https://isdown.app/users/auth/saml/{YOUR-DOMAIN}/callback

  • YOUR-DOMAIN should be something like company.com -> company-com

• Sign on URL -> https://isdown.app/sso

• Should not need to change Attributes & Claims

When finished, please send the App Federation Metadata Url to our support.
