Set up Status Page SSO

This article will teach you how to set up SSO for your status page.

1. Go to your Status Page settings in the sidebar.

2. Choose the Privacy & Security tab.

3. Click "Set Up SSO" button.

4. Get the fields to set up your SSO app in your provider, and then in 5, you must return to this form. Identity Provider: Copy and Paste the SSO URL to your SSO App in Okta or another provider. Issuer. Issuer: Copy and Paste "isdown" into Audience URI (SP Entity ID) Name ID format: EmailAddress;

   
5. With the metadata generated after creating your SSO

   1. IDP Certificate -> Copy and paste all the text (SECRET) between BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE in the textarea, or if you open the metadata.xml generated, grab the value in the attribute X509Certificate.

   2. IDP Sign In URL -> In the metadata.xml file, in the attribute SingleSignOnService, grab the value (URL) for the Location attribute.

6. Click Save.
